Made by Elenee Toys Inc., New York, USA. This toy has a spiral "pull rod" mechanism that propels the wheels forward. It is near mint in the original box with minor storage wear. The toy works properly with a very strong spring. This is a very difficult toy to find in its original box. Circa 1950s
